Location is fantastic. Very close to golden temple and jalianwala bagh. Very small rooms though. Breakfast options were great. The staff Eats breakfast in the same part of the restaurant as the guests which is not an issue at all but they are too loud. Some training would be nice.

Horrible experience I reached hotel on 2 nd Jan 2024 at around 7 pm. Hotel personnel asked me to wait for 30 minutes as the room is not ready.on enquiry I found that my pre alloted room was given to some body else and I was given room no 105 on the road side ,which resulted to pass sleepless night as cars honking and dogs barking disturbed my wife and me. This happened inspit of informing hotel receptionist well in advance (aroun 10 A M).it was pre paid as well.

Pleasant atmosphere. The Great Golden temple is Just 2 munites away from this hotel. Behavior of the Stuffs really Nice. This is the 3rd time I stayed here. Will visit again. Highly Recommend. ❤️

Had an Amazing stay with my family ,Family Suite is the biggest room you will every see with 2 King size beds. Deepak and Prabh were exceptional Service providers in this Hotel stay. 2 min walk from Golden Temple.

Location wise this hotel is very close to Golden temple. Rooms in first and second floor are vary small. No ventilation. The room in which we stayed there is no window at all . Very small room. Not that clean. Bath towels very old

Great location, just some minutes walking distance from Golden Temple. Bathrooms having bathing boxes. Central AC available with controllable room panels. Restaurant has very few food items. And rooms are having less space.

Well welcome and the other behaviors of the receptionist and the members of hotels. In addition to above the most important and foremost things for site seeing, guidence and car booking at any places is provided by the Travel Desk specifically Ms. Reshma. She is always available 24x7 hours. She is always helpful.

Location is great if someone wants to stay close to Golden Temple,it's just a minute walk from there. Otherwise it's in bylanes of old Amritsar. The rooms are no match to the current hotel standards. Furnitures look old,the doors and cupboards look very old. Toilet was just ok and had no water in the washbasin. Towel being used as floor mat was not very clean. Overall 3 on 10 experience.
